Proposals & Payments

• Work begins after written confirmation and acceptance of a quote/proposal.
• Invoices must be paid by the due date noted on the invoice.
• Partial up-front payment may be required depending on project scope.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate requirements, content, and timely feedback.
• Ensure you have rights to any materials supplied (text, images, logos, etc.).

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, the final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment. We may retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.

Confidentiality

We keep client data and project details confidential and use them solely for delivering the agreed services.

Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced.
